Everything was fine with my order; the store always responded and clearly stated the shipping status. The package had a small issue with the tracking but they quickly fixed it. They receive the products after release so take that in mind, minor suggestion: try to provide a weekly status (once the product is released and you are waiting for the product to arrive at the store) to avoid misunderstandings. Definitely buy again!
